Buyer Service & Promise

Selecting a realtor to represent you is an important first step in buying a home.

You’ll want to have the perfect agent that understands you, your needs, the market, and the rules.

My Promise to You:

As your fiduciary during our relationship, I will keep your interests first and foremost and strive to provide you service second to none. I do not believe in giveaway gimmicks to “buy” your business, but I do offer a few items of value to my clients:

First responders, police, or veterans, active or retired, I offer 5% of my commission towards your closing costs.
First-time home buyer, I offer 5% of my commission towards your closing costs.
For all buyer clients I offer a choice of:
- Up to $500 towards a home inspection;
- Up to $600 towards a home appraisal;
- Up to $600 towards a move-in home cleaning.
I partner with lenders that either match my donation or have comparable offers.
I partner with service professionals that offer discounts to my clients.

I have been a Realtor® for over 12 years and a licensed broker for 3 years.
I am a Moseley Schools-certified Virginia pre-licensing real estate instructor.
I hold a Virginia State Real Estate Instructor's license.
Past client experiences are available online and live by request.

I am a proud member of the National Association of Senior Advocates.
I proudly carry the National Association designation of SRS -- Senior Real Estate Specialist.

My Services

Select me as your agent & pre qualify to Buy
- I will thoroughly explain our mutual Representation Agreement
- I will work with you and your lender to make sure you are pre-qualified.
- If you don’t already have a lender, I partner with several outstanding local lenders.
I will register you on my web portal with direct access to the MLS and show you how to search and save your favorite listings.
I will escort you and yours to each home you select to tour and help evaluate your experience.
I will work with you to create a winning offer on your dream home.

I will negotiate with the selling team to get you the very best purchase package.
- I’ll negotiate the bottom-line sales price.
- I’ll include any contingencies we feel appropriate.
- I’ll negotiate a concession package to include closing cost assistance and buyer agent fees.
I will work with you to select the right professionals to complete all necessary inspections.
I will work with you and your title company of choice to ensure all necessary documentation is provided for closing.
- I’ll review all financial closing documents to ensure accuracy.
- I’ll sit with you at the closing table to assist as needed.
